World’s No.1 Covering Machine Omm (Italy) & Weaving Looms of Jakob Muller (Swiss) & Bonas (England) are used to Manufacture Spandex Elastic Trimmings.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
The loom capacity is 12 Million meters per annum, the preparation capacity of Narrow Woven Elastic Fabric depending on various width and product grammage.

In House Dyeing facility for Dye–to–Match Fabric (DTM):
POLYELASTIC is equipped with In-House Dyeing Plant and dyes its own elastics, enabling the company to dye any colour imaginable to meet their buyers specific needs using Pantone shade guide.

• Tests and Laboratory: Selection and testing of Raw Material from the stage of sampling and designing procedure, until the finished product is perfectly met out. We take utmost care to satisfy the customer needs.
• From loom the weaving product standards are maintained very strictly.
• As per customer need dyeing to match fabric is done in a day. Samples reach the customer in 24 to 48 hours and on their approval the Pre-Bulk or Bulk assignment is taken for execution.
• In the final execution after proper fastness test the bulk quantity is inspected by talented skilled personnel and packed in cartons for purpose of despatch in time.
• We use only eco-friendly textiles auxiliaries for our total process.
