Product : Spandex (Satin) Elastic Tape - Internationally known
as Fold-over Elastics.
We are the first manufacturer to introduce the Fold-over
Elastic Trimmings in India. Adapting Textile Engineering
and Designing, numerous value added Spandex Elastic Tapes are manufactured
by us. POLYELASTIC is a reputed corporate
manufacturing quality value added products in the field of Narrow
Woven Fabric (Elastic Trimmings). The Spandex Elastic Trimmings
are used by garment manufacturers and exporters of Women & Children’s
knitted rayon cotton blend summer wear apparels. Our product catalyses
sophisticated fashion garments and adds more touch to the garment.
Our product also plays an important role in resort wear segment,
holiday wear and kids wear. The spandex elastic trimmings is also
used in various other fashion garments for women.
Technical Description
- The Spandex Elastic Tapes are manufactured with imported Spandex
yarn
- High quality Polyamide yarns manufactured in India are used
- Available in bleached white form
- Dye to Match (DTM) is made in our In-House Continuous Dyeing
Plant using Pantone Gadgets.
- Foldline Spandex Elastic of standard width of 13, 16, &
20mm are available in non-stop production process.
- Foldline Spandex Elastics of width 25, 30, 35 & 40mm upto
70 mm can be manufactured on prior purchase order with a minimum
order quantity of 5,000 meters.
- Individual Packing : 1,000 metres per carton in festooned form.
- Master Packing : Master carton of 5,000 Metres.
Usage
- Hosiery Garment manufacturers – used in neck and cuff
area of women’s Rayon Cotton Blend Knitted Apparel.
- Used in Thigh area of lingerie, beachwear, sportswear and brassieres
( Fold & Stitch ).
- In baby garments as shoulder strap.
- Other fashion garments for women.
- In Night Wear Women Garments.
- In Bathrobe Polar Fleece Garments.
- In Swim Suit Women Garments Trunks & Leg area.
We also produce Shoe Elastics from
14 mm to 200 mm width. Water Repellant Shoe Elastic Webbings are
